COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I keep selling on Shopify?

Checkout and catalog sales happen on Drape. Drive traffic from your website with deep links, product QR codes, and our website widget — shoppers complete purchases on your Drape storefront.

When can I start selling?

After your application is approved and you complete brand portal setup — including Stripe Connect for payouts.

What does approval involve?

We review your brand story, category fit, and sample product. Most applications hear back within a few business days.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Brand and Brand Plus are monthly subscriptions. You can manage billing from the brand portal after you're live.
